I have purchased better fitting and better quality T-shirts from Walmart. The short sleeves barely cover my shoulders and I'm not a large or muscular guy. Champion is a brand purchased from big box stores for $13. I have a few shirts I purchased at Crested Butte, Co. for the same price with much better quality & fit.

The Patch is fantastic. However, I skied for a week in December at the resort and I was unable to purchase a patch then, do to availability. Was told to purchase it online, and I had to wait 9 months for it to become available on your website. I am a little unsatisfied with the whole process. I spent thousands of dollars at your resort and all I wanted was an $8.00 patch, didn't think I had to wait almost a year for one.
Moving forward I hope there is more transparency with your costumers.
